222Km for 6 stages over 7 days at the amazon jungle, in total self-sufficiency, 25-30 º C on average with a 100% relative humidity, wet all day, overcoming constant gentle slopes, crossing pools and streams every few minutes, running through a very complicated field, and sharing environment with a lot of bugs not always entirely sympathetic.
