Last wednesday at 0:15 I reached the finish line at Jokkmokk (Swedish Lapland) , after more than 16 hours of stage, finishing the extreme running race ICE ULTRA BEYOND ULTIMATE: 230Km. At around midnight, Albert finished the fourth and final stage successfully completing the 2014 ICE ULTRA BEYOND ULTIMATE! It was a very tough 90 Km. stage that took him 16 hours to reach the finish line: A hard- earned result! He did the first part of the journey with snowshoes, taking them off on the second part easing the blisters pain who are now of considerable size. The organization still ...

I write this text upon arriving in Lulea (Swedish Lapland). Here there is not an inch of land not covered with snow, not an inch of river or lake that is not frozen. An idyllic but tough place, attractive but challenging, friendly but stern landscape. At 3 pm it was getting dark and at 4 hours was deep night. Cold and snowy outside, but inside myself I feel warm due to the heated excitement of bei...

On February 15, I will face a new challenge on snow and ice: THE ICE ULTRA BEYOND ULTIMATE . An extreme Ultra Marathon held in Lapland, running for 230km. in 4 stages, which I will face as the first phase of preparation for my big goal: The NORTH POLE. Only 32 participants we will be willing to try to overcome this radical test, which is performed in four stages of self-sufficiency: 46, 50, 44 ...
